ALEUT Navigator HG - Boats for expeditions
A professional vessel designed for scientific expeditions, long-distance transport of specialists and researchers, or performing scientific tasks in the open sea. Depending on the configuration and mission requirements, the vessel can be equipped with scientific instrumentation for seafloor mapping (bathymetry), deep-sea research, current analysis, and marine biology studies.
The vessel can also be configured for premium leisure and sea voyages. Its highly comfortable cabin, equipped with all modern amenities, ensures a pleasant stay during long-range transitions. Classified for offshore operations, it is authorized to navigate up to 20 nautical miles from the coast, while its dimensions allow for easy entry into shallow rivers and inland waterways.
To improve acceleration and reduce the "resistance hump," the hull features longitudinal lifting strakes, resulting in an optimal angle of attack with minimal water drag. The planing hull design, featuring a high deadrise from midships to the transom combined with longitudinal strakes, ensures high-speed performance. As speed increases and the hull lifts, the wetted surface area of the deep-V bottom gradually decreases. This design provides a comfortable and stable ride in sea states with wave heights up to 2 meters with minimal speed loss. Furthermore, this hull geometry allows for the full utilization of the total engine power installed on the ALEUT Navigator HG without compromising stability or risking structural damage. The hull lines and longitudinal strakes of the ALEUT Navigator HG ensure superior hydrodynamic efficiency and maneuverability.
